○ Supervises and leads crews/workers engaged in Commercial and Residential building works.
○ Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of labors and foreman's.
○ Optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the works.
○ Reads follow method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation.
○ Leads and controls skilled labors and work crews engaged in all activities concerned with the civil works aspects of the project.
○ Prevents wastage and misuse of equipment, materials and tools.
○ Supervises work crews to best utilize manpower and materials and prevent unsafe work idleness.
○ Works with the highest level of safety during all stages of project execution to avoid any type of incidents and or accidents.
○ Visits site and check labors work along with engineers on daily basis which are under my responsibility.
○ Preparation of the project schedule and best tracking record with full documents maintain according rules and regulations.
○ Review the project plans and specifications and comment on construction problems.
○ Assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirements.
○ Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team/client as well as effectively lead the trades.
○ Control and monitor labor, material and equipment with responsibility.
○ Take care of equipment to ensure safe work with help of safety officers.
○ Daily base project report to Project Manager and Sub Engineers.
I can speak and understand English completely fluently.
A degree of Intermediate from Board of Intermediate and secondary education, Gujranwala.
I had chosen Science subjects in beginning of my educational which is helpful for more improvement in engineering field.
