Maintain records off the drills, arrange meeting with Plant senior management for emergency response improvement.
Inspection of all firefighting system with contractor on weekly basis and keep record of that inspection.
Conduct and attend monthly Safety committee meeting EHS performance, HOT SPOTS and BRIGHT SPOTS.
Prepare monthly KPI and share it with all departments.
Also attends the SAFETY MEETING for different schedules.
Ability to measure and work on Proactive Safety Results.
Keep up-to date with recommended safety procedure and safety
Literature. Circulate information applicable to each level of
employees.
Ensure GEHSMS is fully implemented as per PEPSICO EHS policy.
Continuous monitoring the worksite Conditions.
Preparation of Accident/Incident/Near Miss Investigation.
Investigate the Accidents/incidents to find the basic root cause and up to date on MYEHS online system. Develops, implements and instructs all aspects of Corporate EHS Training programs.
Delivery of mandatory training programs performs assessment of effectiveness of all training programs.
Ensures effective implementation of safety training consistent with established Corporate EHS strategy, goals and objectives.
Assists the Head of EHS Training with development, implementation and stewardship of a comprehensive & integrated corporate Safety Training Programs.
Co-ordinates the provision of special training courses with Head of Safety Training, outside consultants and safety training organizations to cover areas of safety training not covered by section.
Develops and updates safety training matrices, schedules and course information. Establishes and implements frequency of refresher courses.
Working as Safety Coach direct in CLIENT S.CHEM.

Initiate the company's safety policies for the control of injury, damage and fire.
Prepare a formal Safety Action Plans is prepared in order to identifyand correct hazards which may be encountered duringConstruction.
Ensure all Supervisor and employees are receive adequate and
Appropriate safety training according their assignment.
Ensure Job safety analyses are carried out for all critical activities carried out.

the site phase changed.
Carried out site audits to see that only safe work methods are in
operation, that health and safety requirements are being
observed, and welfare and medical facilities are adequate and
properly maintained.

Inspects job sites daily to detect hazards, and record compliance with PETROKEMYA requirements, and informs contractor and subcontractor of deficiencies which must be corrected.
Reports status of loss prevention compliance to Safety Manger and Project Management.
Advises contractor and provides technical information if necessary to aid the contractor in meeting Loss Prevention Requirements.
Investigates request for deviations from Safety standards and Advises Management on action to be taken.
Investigate and writes reports in case if any serious injuries and property damage.
Responsible to conduct Safety Orientation and Training program for the employees of Contractors and Subcontractors.
Responsible to perform daily site and equipment inspections for contractors and subcontractor to eliminate unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
Conducted and reported any Accident/Incident investigation and implement immediate action.
Develop Safety Plan to Control the job safely in each construction stage.
Responsible to give instruction of Safety Officers, Supervisors at the site to control the job site safely.
Responsible to organize/build up required project Safety documentation to meet the client requirement
