Managing a team of skilled technicians and ensuring optimum reliability of related assets.
Investigates/troubleshoot all equipment failures and initiate necessary corrective actions.
Coordination with the planning team for the efficient maintenance planning and utilization of section resources to keep the equipment availability & reliability at optimum level.
Supporting and coordinating with the reliability team to carry out RCA, FMECA, eliminate single points of failure, optimization of maintenance job plans, address equipment obsolescence/EOL, asset condition assessment, application of condition-based and predictive maintenance, etc.
Coordination and monitoring of FAT & SAT for new equipment as per project scope and operational philosophy.
Following of annual maintenance schedule
Ensuring a high standard of safety and quality during all types of O & M activities.
Ensuring compliance with airport rules and regulations during all types of routine activities.
Incident/Accident Reporting, investigating, and implementing control measures to prevent the recurrence. (major or minor)
Training of interns for hands-on practical skills.
Contractor management as per agreed KPIs.
Office administration work and reporting to management.
Implementation and monitoring of 5s Workplace organization methodology.
Asset, Items, PMs, and Job plans cataloging in Maximo-based CMMS system
Day-to-day reporting of all maintenance activities in a Computerized maintenance management system and ensuring compliance to work management KPIs.
1st Class Master
1st Class Hons.
UK Level-5 Higher Diploma
3 Year Diploma from State Board of Technical Education. Passed with 1st Division.
