Troubleshooting of Networks (LAN & WAN) comprising ATM, FR and ATM Leased Lines, ISDN, (Backup and primary circuits) terminating on NORTEL PASSPORT and DPN.
Managing the backbone of client’s network ensuring 100 % uptime
Accountable for providing effective and satisfactory support to corporate clients like Standard Charted Bank, Exxon Mobil, American Airlines, Sun Chemical Europe, Rio Tinto Limited for VPN / Data Access Services (SAP / ERP) and Internet services plus managing the world wide customer network expanding Europe, Asia and America supporting the PE and CE routers with backbone of the network.
