Handling the Reception Desk & attending all the Visitors.
• Taking care of petty cash & reporting it to the Finance Department in excel sheet.
• Coordinating with Sales & Contract Engineers for technical submittal & Tender Documents for
Projects, Preparing Data collection books for Hotel, Intersec, Hospital shows as per instruction of
Sales Team
• Communicating for the renewal of P.O. Box, Labor card, Visa Status, Access Card & Medical card
for all office employees (Addition & Deletion).
• Hotel booking, Meeting Room, Table booking for meal, Transit Visa, Air Ticket etc. for the official
clients
• Maintenance of the office, taking care of Office equipment, Office Pantry, Office stationery
• Arranging courier for outgoing shipments and inform to concern person for incoming shipments
Follow up enquiries received from SEWA, DEWA, and FEWA.
• Asking for quotations from the suppliers and negotiating prices on the quotations
• Processing the orders. Make arrangements for deliveries.
• Invoicing the customers. Follow up for the payments, commission etc.
• Sound knowledge of Tender Submission in Govt. Departments.
• Bank Liaison (Tender Bond, Performance Bond, Material Performance Bond)
