- Conducting quality assurance training for all employees.
- Coordinating review efforts of existing policies with all stakeholders
- Planning and executing audits to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
- Reporting on unit operations and quality assurance concerns, and devising plans for improvement to college management.
- Overseeing HRM activities like staff induction, performance appraisals, faculty development & training, staff grievance handling and exit interviews.
- Liaising with academic accreditation bodies and Ministry of Manpower to ensure compliance with academic standards.

As a Lecturer, handled various courses in the Human Resource section of the Business Studies department. Also took courses like Entrepreneurship, Total Quality Management, Introduction to Business, Principles of Management, Business Communication, Psychology at Work and Principles of Sales.

Was Coordinator-On the Job Training section of the Business Studies Dept. for a period of two years.

  • Traveling, Trekking, Sports & Reading
    I have been involved in may sports like football, tennis, volleyball, etc., and have played competitive cricket both at the regional level as well as for colleges and university. Trekking off the beaten track is another of my favorite pass time and the best I managed was to trek for 62 kilometers in 11 hours in the year 2010 in Salalah, Oman.
