• Responsible for executing duties as Leader on Duty when scheduled, which encompass complete autonomy in overseeing total restaurant operations and team on duty.
• Engage customers in order to provide to them what they need in terms of product and quality services
• Motivate and direct team members to exceed customer expectation with fast, accurate, friendly service in clean surroundings
• Assume full accountability for the restaurant profit and loss management by implementing marketing strategies
• Maintain labor and other controllable expenses within a budget range
• Maintain work area in terms of cleanliness and hygiene
• Recruit, select, train, motivate and coach potential and current team members
• Communicate current product features and benefits to customers

Provide superior customer service, effective dining room management and answer guest inquiries and complaints
• Produce customer specific orders and follows all Walk-Ons recipes.
• Maintain a clean and eye appealing department by cleaning all merchandising displays, fixtures, worktables, and work areas.
• Properly complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers.
• Properly stores product following company guidelines.
• Follow safe workplace policies and procedures.

• Act as the leader on duty and consistently models the brand customer service standards and Customer First selling behaviors • Provide exceptional guest experience by engaging the guest and prioritizing the guest’s needs over task
• Grow Sales by maintaining merchandise, signs and labels on the sales floor
• Confidently provide the customer with product knowledge which will enhance customer engagement and maximize sales
• Consistently provide support to fellow employees through sharing of knowledge, helping to complete tasks and/or assisting in customer interactions
• Ensure return merchandise is restocked to the correct product location on the sales floor; all damaged and defective merchandise is properly labeled and placed in appropriate area at the end of each shift
• Proactively resolve customer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy, and with customer satisfaction in mind
