Duties/Responsibilities/Roles:
• Manage and administer Active Directory services, including user and group account management, Group Policy, and domain services.
• Administer Windows Server environments, including roles and features such as DNS, DHCP, file services.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft-based systems, and services. Provide timely and effective solutions to technical problems.
• Implement and manage patching and updates, upgrades to ensure systems are secure and up-to-date.
• Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and implement optimizations to ensure optimal performance of Microsoft-based servers and services.
• Implement and manage backup solutions for Microsoft systems, ensuring data integrity and establishing recovery procedures in case of system failures.
• Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls to protect Microsoft based systems from security threats.
• Administer and support virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V, to optimize server resources and facilitate efficient deployment of virtual machines.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge transfer and future reference. Day to day system performance monitoring, error analysis, system health checkup, system tuning and troubleshooting.

Microsoft -
o Microsoft Cloud: Configuring Hybrid platform, Intune, Security on Microsoft 365 E3, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint P1 and P2.
o Install, Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory, DHCP, File Server, Group Policy, WSUS.
o Active directory migration.
o Microsoft Exchange server deployment planning, install, configure( Both standalone and DAG environment), Exchange online protection. Microsoft Exchange server cumulative update and security update.
o HyperV install, configure, vm create, assign resource, backup.
o High availability and cluster computing.
o MSSQL install, configure and tuning and DB backup.
o SCCM install, configure, monitor, administer and deploy different applications like adobe, google chrome, scripts, upgrades and updates like windows patch, windows defender to client machine by automatic deployment rules.

Redhat - OS install, partitioning, pv, vg and lv sizing.

VMware - OS install, configure, vm create, manage and administer.

Nutanix - Install and configure cluster solution(Private cloud), vm create, monitor performance, incoming and outgoing traffic.
