The project consisted of:
56 x luxury villas, constructed on circular concrete column supports, with structural steel
(LGS) cassette decks, interlocking panel walling system and traditional timber roofs.
2 x Staff accommodation buildings constructed using structural steel frame with MgO board
cladding.
4 x Main building, constructed using RC frame and block work. Roof consisted of Engineered
Timber and structural steel.
Reinforced concrete waste water treatment plant and water storage facility.
3 x Senior Staff villas, constructed with RC frame and lime rendered blockwork, with engineered
timber roof, with shingles.
Access roads, constructed using ground stabilization and reinforced concrete roads.
September 2015 - December
Construction and rehabilitation of Feeder 77 km of roads in the Central region of Ghana.
Construction of a precast bridge over the river Ayensu.
Planning, programming and procurement for a 7 story RC frame building in Central Accra.
Kempinski 5* Hotel, Accra, Ghana.
Two 16 story commercial use towers.
Concrete cores with structural steel frames and tin deck.

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing all nightshift activities
• QA / QC
• Inspection and sign off on concrete works
• Ensuring Health and Safety standards were maintained during night shifts
A 7-story office development of mixed old and new build.
The old element requiring reinforced concrete and structural strengthening.
The new element consisting of concrete cores, structural steel with tin deck and concrete slabs.
A Canary Wharf docklands project
16 story shell and core commercial building requiring repair to the newly constructed core.
Residential complex - Gants Hill, Essex
Two buildings compromising of a 3-story block and brick traditional build and 7 story concrete frame
structure.
A £27M leisure center. RC frame construction, deep drainage, Piling and shoring. Swimming pool
construction.

Two 8mdiameter “Tunnel eyes” were cast in the tunnel face which in conjunction with the correctly
aligned concrete base set up the TBM to commence boring.

Construction of 2 No. 300 man camps in Mogadishu for Ugandan and Burundi Forces. RC frame and
blockwork construction.
Construction of MOSS compliant accommodation and offices for UNSOA Eng. Mortar hardened using RC
frame. Additional structural steel frame and sand bags incorporated.
Installation of 12 Kilometers of Hesco bastion perimeter fencing.
Other force protection works. Bunkers, boom gates and watch towers. RC frame and structural steel
construction
Construction of an RC frame concrete safe house in central Mogadishu. A 3 floor RC frame and
blockwork construction with 1.2 thick external walls.
Construction of the British High commission in Somalia.
Construction of the Dutch Embassy in Somalia. A mix of RC frame/blockwork and timber frame units.
Construction of the UN Mine Action camp in Kismayo, Somalia. Containerized accommodation and the
construction of a structural steel warehouse facility.
