*Responsible for maintaining a vacancy matrix, preparing business justification for the hires,
sourcing and short listing desirable candidates, coordinating interviews, issuing offers and contracts to selected candidates and finally taking them through the Induction process and background checks.
* Benefits Administration - responsible for ensuring smooth running of all benefits offered to employees which include Medical, Group Life, Pension and GPA/WIBA. Also responsible for sourcing and analyzing quotes from different suppliers.

* Providing the necessary support to the staff regarding their medical, pension and group insurance covers.
* Analyzing reports from internal and external audits and provide the necessary follow ups to provide management with the relevant information on how to improve the functional QHSE management systems.
* Keeping abreast of Group HR events and information circulating in the external and internal
environment relevant to TNT and keep the Country General Manager aware at all times.
* Liaising with the Group Legal office on industrial issues including Trade Union disputes.
* Timely reporting to the HR Director, by ensuring achievement of action points assigned in HR projects and campaigns.
