Im all around in the coffee shop and my responsibilities is to provide customer service like taking orders, preparation of drinks and food, serving there food and receiving payments .
take in calls provide services to our customer in number transfer request, providing answer to their questions, offering promotions and transferring them to the correct department .we also have complicated calls that seeking for problem solving.
Our responsibility is seeking guest, providing different promotions and strategies, calling different companies to suggest good deals and ensure that we meet the hotels sales quota . .
as a Service Crew one of my responsibility when I got assigned to cashier is to take orders and suggest other foods to the customer to meet the sales quota for every duty, sometimes I assigned in dining which I clean table, chairs, floors ensure everything is clean and pass to the company policy
Since its seasonal I decide to work in Resort for a part time job I assigned in front desk department which we do headcounts to every guest, accept payments, providing receipt, accepting calls for inquiry and reservations our responsibility as well is to ensure that all rooms had accurate time in, time out and acknowledge every guest for the additional payment if they exceed .
