- Oversee construction projects from beginning to end
- Manage budget and estimate costs
- Determine necessary equipment, materials and manpower needed
- Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment
- Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according toi schedule
- Prepare reports regarding work status
- Evaluate Risks
- Resolve any problems that arise
- Train and mentor construction workers/laborers
- Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project
- Plan construction operations
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards
- Provide accurate and professional advices to subordinates
- Other special tasks and assignment that can be assigned from time to time.
Completion of Prescribed subjects of study and related work assignments for the 2-daycourse skills training /seminar on Reinforced Concrete Works ( Rebar works, formworks, concrete works and masonry works )
