-Worked with/assisted the scientific committee in program creation and development. Drafted over a hundred scientific programs, 30 percent of which involved abstract presentations; managed the abstract submission portal and supervised the abstract grading and selection procedures. Led the editing and publishing of the program both in print and digital formats.

-Managed the CME accreditation of Events. Spearheaded the application process; successfully submitted application materials as per project timelines and as per DHA/MOH guidelines. Achieved minimum of 21 CME/CPD points per Event and garnered a maximum of 50 points for intensive programs.

-Managed the license application with the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM)

-Responsible for the logistical arrangement of invited speakers and vip's; includes flight, hotel, airport transfer arrangement.

-In-charge of development, update and maintenance of the conference website.

-Oversaw design of overall event/marketing print & digital collateral; Promotional flyers, brochures, show guide, stage backdrop, venue branding & signage’s, speakers and delegate pack.

-Budget reconciliation; Invoicing, processing of event expenses, reimbursements, liaised with accounting team on file closing procedures.

-Collated and analysed post event data, interfaced with internal teams in the delivery of comprehensive post event reports.
