As lead site Assistant Project Manager, I was responsible for managing and executing all technical and commercial documents and portions field execution.

Worked with Yates Construction as a Senior Project Engineer on the erection and finish of an 8-storey concrete/steel structure with precast parking garage. Also the LEED Accredited Professional required by contract working directly for the Contractor and also responsible for all Small Business Administration requirements.

While working for Turner Construction I expanded my knowledge of estimation, construction cost and accounting. Broadened my understanding of scheduling, purchasing, engineering principals and techniques, as well as various construction methods and installation procedures.

Project Superintendent for Turner Construction and Empire Construction Services of a 24-storey, 1.5-million sqft Hilton Americas Hotel. Management responsibilities included the supervision of various segments of work and packages; as well as coordinating with the City of Houston traffic division.

Project Engineer for Clark Contractors and Empire Construction Services, responsible for several large interior finish packages of a 41-storey, concrete/steel structure Enron Center South tower with circular sky bridge.

Project Engineer for Empire Construction Services, Barton Malow and Brown and Root on the remodel of Union Station in downtown Houston, Texas and the erection of Minute Maid Park, home of the Houston Astros MLB team.
