• Analyzes cost of materials, labor, equipment and services required for aluminum and glass construction projects
• Prepares accurate and detailed cost estimates by utilizing estimating software and tools, and bid proposals with itemized list of project cost break down for presentation to clients
• Handles all project documentation and shop drawings for submission to clients
• Evaluates quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness
• Responsible for issuance of Local Purchase Order (LPOs) and Delivery Notes for vendors and suppliers and invoicing of project accomplishment to clients

• Sunny Place Residences - 2 Tower Residential Condominium Units (16 Floors, 583 Total Units)
• Sunny Place Townhouse - Residential Townhouse (4 Floors, 40 Total Units)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handles documentation, inspection, coordination, and evaluation of project site activities - ensuring
compliance of contractors to objectives and quality standards
• Oversees day to day site operations and activities
• Management of general and trade contractors, evaluates and processes progress billings of
contractors, and responsible for the issuance of site instructions
• Manages punch listing, acceptance and turnover of units from contractor to the end user
• Liaises with contractors and clients
• Assists in the preparation of variation orders
• Prepares weekly reconciliation and accomplishment reports
• Oversees site conflict resolution
• Evaluates actual project accomplishment versus projected milestones
• Monitors and coordinates with subcontractor regarding the progress of a project
• Checks, evaluates, compiles and ensures completeness of project documents prior
• Coordinates with clients regarding the project progress and billings
• Prepares, submits, and reports billing documents such as weekly billing projections
• Ensures that all data are accurate for Documentation and Billing Teams Weekly Performance Reports
• Handles backbone and optical distribution network (ODN) projects
• Verifies as-built bill of quantity documents against actual as-built plans
