- Compensation & Benefits:
• Ensuring equitable pay structure that’s aligned to the market.
• Compensation and Benefits benchmarking for senior management & staff.
• Compensation & Benefits surveys - roll out, participation, analysis & implementation.
• Structuring both salary and promotion review systems encompassing salary review budget, market rates, as well as individual and company performance.
• Leading the implementation of employee’s evaluation.
• Responsible for the payroll process.
• Salary Planning, Budgets & Execution.
• Assisting in designing the insurance policy of the group.
• Responsible for health insurance policy and all related transactions.
• Aligning employees contracts with the UAE labour laws.
• Responsible for labour camp including tenancy contract, and all service-related contracts.
- Performance Management :
• Design and implementation of a company-wide performance management system that is linked to the core vision and objectives of the business. Provision of on-going consultation to management on performance-related issues.
• Providing support to employees regarding goal setting and performance reviews.
• Maintaining human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees, as well as planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Providing consultation to management on employee-related issues, and manage all disciplinary issues within the company. Manage all redundancy situations including calculations, financial guidance and communications to affected employees.
• Working closely with management and employees on all grievance issues within the company.
• Working closely with senior management to identify, develop and implement training and development programs in line with the business objectives.
• Providing senior management and others with various types of employee reports including attrition, absence, compensation, annual leave, overtime costs and headcount.
• Managing and reviewing training budget.
• Developing and implementing improvement plans as needed.
• Maintaining HR KPIs including employee retention, absenteeism, recruitment duration process, training, efficiency, and work-related accidents.
- Policies and Procedures :
• Designing and developing HR procedures and policies.
• Reviewing the current practices and recommending changes and improvement to HR policies.
• Overseeing the implementation of HR policies including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and training.
• Updating HR forms as needed.
• Designing and updating job descriptions in liaison with the department heads.
• Designing and updating employee grade structure to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Ensuring company compliance with all legislation and advising managers on all industrial-related issues.
- Recruitment:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing strategy; interviewing; reference checking; making offers to candidates; driving and delivering induction training.
• Responsible for sourcing, viewing the CV’s as well as interviewing and short listing the candidates.
• Liaising with local and international recruitment agencies.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment trips involving traveling in person to conduct interviews, select and hire candidates.
• Preparing manpower and recruitment plans in coordination with department heads.
