AS general manager I looks after engineering design works and make designs of pressure vessels, Vertical and horizontal fuel and water tanks design using Codes like ASME, BS, API650, Prefabricated house design using SAP structural software, Multi layers steel structural building design using SAP software, make assembly drawings and detail drawings which can use for manufacturing purpose , project management completed projects so far are sugar factories, edible oil factory, tele tower installation, prefabricated house installation, Solar power structure design and installation, beer factory installation, fabrication process follow up, follow up finance department and administrational issues, employees selection, decision making on different issues, making meetings both government and private sectors when necessary and so and so forth.
 Design, Fabrication and Erection Federal Police security tower, solar power structure, electrical installation and handover.
 Erection of steel structural buildings at Tendaho sugur factory, eden bottling factory, Habtamu Temer construction, Metal fabrication Industry and etc.
 Design, making fabrication drawing and supervision for Bishoftu Automotive prefabricated house of 10, 000Sq. mtrs.
 Design, fabrication and erection of vertical Tanks for Lema Edible Oil factory at debreziet.
 LEOS edible oil and soya products refinery plant installation, commissioning and handover
 Design, erection and supervision of GOMEJU OIL company oil station canopy, Vertical and Horizontal tanks.
 Preparing Different proposals and making presentations for different organizations based on their request
 Designed and installed many different equipment’s for different companies as per request for their intended use
 Designed and consult many prefabricated steel structural houses for different companies as per their request especially for Metal Fabrication Industry, Power Engineering Industry …. etc

I start working as a maintenance engineer in a jut factory. I have two years experience in Jute factory as a maintenance engineer.
Then I joined a well known mechanical engineering company here in Ethiopia called Akaki basic metal and I have worked as a junior design engineer for two years. then I joined another engineering compony called KOSPI. I worked in this company as a design engineer for one years.
And then I joined Sintec Ethiopia. here my job title was Project manager . I worked as a project manager of fincha sugar factory Ethanol plant manufacturing and erection.
Currently starting from April, 2014G.C I am working as a general manager of an other Engineering company called GAD Engineering.

As a general manger I look after engineering design works, managing different projects which the company already engaged, making or preparation of cost estimation foe new projects to be started, dealing with clients in different sectors, making a serious of meetings which the company is expected with., preparation of different reports for the management, following financial matters with our finance department, following HR and logistics as it is a key determent in the company.
