Supervision of electrical works with testing and commissioning which comprises the following systems,
Lighting & Power Supply.
Fire Alarm system.
Access control
LAN system.
CCTV system.
Public Address system.
Cable sizing for total connected load Power Load and Lighting Load.
Selection of Lighting Fixtures.
Calculation for circuit breakers MCC, MCCB & ELCB.
Making Cable schedule for Light Load and Power Load .
Phase Distribution, Load schedule & single Line Diagrams.
Evaluate engineering proposals, shop drawings and design comments for sound electrical engineering practice and conformance with established safety and design criteria, and recommend approval or disapproval.
Draw or modify diagrams and write engineering specifications to clarify design details and functional criteria of experimental electronics units.
Plan and organize Electrical 2-D Drawings and provide technical guidance.
Ensure that all electrical works are being carried as per the approved construction drawings and in accordance using standards.
Review of electrical drawings (based on client requirement and site suitability) in accordance with standards.
Preparing daily report and submitting to the project manager and highlighting the problems affecting the progress on site.
Submitting site comments to concerned project manager.
Checking the Scope of work and Specifications.
Reviewing the material and drawing submittals for the approval.
Coordinating with the main & sub-contractors for work quality assurance and to complete the job as per schedules.
Coordinate in Preparation of Material submittals/Approvals with Consultant.
Coordination of all Electrical related works with Consultant, Client and Sub-contractors and other related works.
Inspecting whether the works are done in accordance with Specifications, Bill of Quantities and with respect to Consultant Approved Drawings.
Complete project execution supervision till final testing, commissioning.
