I quote for survey services, using programs I wrote and based on approved industry standards. I manage company resources of 10 persons and tones of equipment to execute survey based projects, setting quicker target times to facilitate early completion of projects. I liaise with clients to determine survey demand and specifications, then I create project scopes from their demands. I lead survey parties as party chief, make provision for crew welfare and manage project daily financial accounts. I double as the chief data analyst, were I use my programming skills to save time in processing and analyzing large spatial data. I plot and produce survey plans and charts, using industry standard software and others based on client deliveries demand. I create both business and project execution policies, which is used for checking the quality of delivered projects in the company. I train industrial trainees, and other professionals in need of skill growth.
I synchronize all survey activities within the site by establishing and maintain 20 nos. of survey controls and organizing project progress meeting among the various contractor surveyors. I supervise all surveyors on site, as a consultant on the project. I interpreted project design drawings for surveyors and carried out initial setting-out of structures and infrastructures, before hand-over to contractors. I produced monthly Survey Activities Report. I plan, and lead survey crew for survey supervision projects, which were earthwork quantification survey, building position monitoring, high-rise building verticality, road profiles and general site landscaping levels. I analyzed spatial data, plot and present survey data as plans and charts. I liaise with project engineers and offer professional advice to the client and other project consultants. I train industrial trainees.
As a Design and Analyst surveyor, I prepare survey plans and design processing software for processing bulky data.
I planned and execute Survey Operations, choosing who and what instrument goes to site. I lead survey crew as party chief, taking observations and recording them either electronically or manually. I analyzed spatial data, plotted and produced survey report and plans. I processed data digitally with Graphic Software and analytic software.
