Summary of Role (Corporate Communication Manager):
Develop Brand Management and Communication strategy for the Sujimoto Brand
Develop, manage and execute Digital Media strategy for the Sujimoto brand and key units - Sales & Marketing, Facility Management, etc;
Develop and execute targeted and measurable media campaigns for respective units to meet departmental objectives, using Sendible, Google Analytics etc.
Identify trends in the industry and work with creative team to find ingenious ways of expressing it within the confines of our brand and marketing objective;
Function as the organisation’s image builder and spokesperson whilst managing key relationships with stakeholder groups including clients, employees, and external parties (advertising agencies, print media, government agencies, corporate/regulatory bodies, vendors etc);
Develop innovative Corporate Social Responsibility programmes which will deeply impact the local community whilst enhancing the company’s regional and global image;
Work with heads of different Units to ensure their communication and marketing objectives, KPIs are met;
Manage relationship and collaborate with Influencers, Bloggers, Celebrities, A-list Artists, Media Houses and Personalities etc;
Create content for website and work with contractor to update and modify website pages
Produce and present periodic updates and reports on the activities of Corporate Communications (including recommendations, evaluations, program work plans, periodic project updates etc);

Designed a holistic brand and communication strategy for the Sujimoto Brand
Led the Sujimoto Brand to become the top 3 Luxury Real Estate Company in Nigeria within 12 months, through sustained strategic communication and innovative media efforts.
Grew Sujimoto social media followership across all platforms by 80%
As a result of the teams’ online efforts, Sujimoto became one of the most socially engaging and creative real estate brands online in Nigeria.
Worked with the team to plan, designed and executed marketing/communication strategy for the LorenzoBySujimoto Private launch;

Leveraged partnership with online influencers, Bloggers, Celebrities and organisations with shared/mutual interests to create publicity for the Lorenzo private Launch;
Created content for all online materials across all platforms;
Introduced Sustainability into Sujimoto’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative by ensuring beneficiaries are empowered through skills acquisitions for the long term aside from immediate donations. E.g Olajumoke Orisaguna - The bread seller turned model.
Successfully planned, managed and organised a high profile event - The private launch of the LorenzoBySujimoto, in conjunction with the other team members and vendors

➢ 'Digital Passion- Currently working as the scriptwriter for Digital passion, a tech show on radio. At the moment, I am working on scripts for the maiden edition of Digital passion TV show.
➢ 'LEGEND OF XANGO'- Wrote the script for this animation movie which is an adaptation of the Yoruba myth of Sango but with some twists. It is a project for CREATIVE WORFORCE STUDIO in Abuja - state capital of Nigeria.
➢ FANTAZIA - Developed concepts and idea for Fantazia Valentine as well as Easter campaign. Developed outdoor materials and radio jingle. Create content for Fantazia website.
➢ AbsolutePR - Provide content and visual for their corporate brochure.
➢ Emily Millionaire (Pitch) - Developed press, TV and radio materials for the revamp of Emily Millionaire Curl Activator Gel as well as suggested ideas for brand activation.

➢ Copywriter on Intercontinental Bank, FCMB and Pan Ocean Oil. Responsible for creating creative advertising campaigns.
