* Managed phase I transition of Distribution Direct from UK to India. Distribution Direct is part of the supply chain network, the work done in UK was duplicated and remotely managed in India. Spent 3 weeks in the UK for the knowledge transfer, liaised with key stakeholders and managers based in UK.
* Handled new team comprising of 17 members, monitored their day to day performance, compiled MIS reports, organized training
II. Project-Stores Helpdesk

* Helped the project trainer to update training manuals, provided support to the clients for achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
