Approving system selection, application development, system installation, implementation, programming, project management, and application support for all Hospital Departments. ▪ Responsible for ERP Implement system which is include HIS with integration and training to the department, deep knowledge of HIS application. ▪ Responsible for running an IT Department also be responsible for formulating hospital IT strategy and long-term IT planning. Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to superiors/executive management. ▪ Implementing and customizing the hospital information system in all modules and Departments for inpatient/Outpatient with International standards and Coding Systems as ICD-10, CPT-4 and HCPCS with HL-7 messaging support which performs CPQ in DHCC and JCIA requirements. ▪ Perform variety of technical administration duties in the designing, installation, deployment, maintenance and support of the organization's operating system and associate server software, hardware and databases and also include network, security, and performance of the office operating system and help desk support. ▪ Implementing IP Telephony System (Avaya) including Time Attendance System. Oversees troubleshooting, backups, archiving, disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary. ▪ Audio and video setup for doctor local & abroad, like AV setup, video conferencing etc. ▪ Handling the HIS entire hospital with day to day basic training to the staff if required & website uploading newsletters and other setting. ▪ Through the helpdesk, performing maintenance (hardware, network, and software) for all hospital users. Oversees all telephone changes, including routing for seating assignments. ▪ Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware, hospital equipment and other IT supplies. Ensures that AACSH assets are maintained responsibly. ▪ Responsible for operational delivery of server, desktop, telephony and network infrastructure including availability, proactive resolution and capacity of planning. ▪ Good administrative experience with window server 2003 & 2008, Group policy, network configuration, and firewall, Coordinate and monitor troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system: document system events to ensure continuous functioning, ▪ Knowledge of networking like - Cisco LAN switch IOS command line, Fundamentals of Ethernet switching (Ethernet topology and concepts, port speed negotiation, VLANs, port states etc.), TCP/IP Addressing and IP routing and routing protocols. ▪ Windows 2003/2008 installation and administration including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Backup/Restore, Certificate Services, File/Print Server, IP Printer, Routing/ Remote Access, Wireless networking, VPN, Terminal Services, IIS, Virtualization, 2008 core. ▪ A keen communicator with honed problem solving and analytical abilities & multilingual with proficiency in English, Hindi, Tamiland Malayalam • Handling CMS of the website • Monitoring SEO activities of the website
