Job Role:
Manage the operational delivery and monitoring of contracts and supplier performance to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Implement policies, processes & procedures and monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
Supervise standard and complex day-to-day operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and in compliance with established standards and procedures.
Manage the effective achievement of objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize subordinate performance.
Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Preparing Request for Quotation and do tendering for the assigned projects.
Review infrastructure design, specifications & implementation plans.
Understand Industry standards to ensure project deployment quality are delivered with standard compliance.
Manage NOC process with all entities for Civil Projects executed.
Enhance the organizational reputation by providing outstanding customer service and a quality product built to required specifications.
Proactively work to continuously develop the Quality Management System of the Organization.
Follow up with the coordinators and supervisors on performance & progress of implementation and execution.
Interact internally with other departments/engineers to ensure proper implementation of projects.
Provide technical feedback to the design team on the improvements of design aspects based on site survey.
Arrange with the Procurement Coordinator to create Purchase Requisition for the materials estimated for the project.
Attend internal/external meetings/audits with customers, consultants, contractors and clients. Handling the ERP implementation and validation as per the day to day operational and managerial activities.
Successfully handling the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 implementation and certification process delegated as Management Representative.
Evaluating & executing contracting works and coordinating among Consultants, Contractors and Clients.
Implement relevant policies, processes and procedures and monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure services is delivered according to agreed standards and on budget.
Identify and highlight to Project Manager risks to provide timely communication and contribute to prompt resolution.

Design of Networks (LAN, CCTV etc.).
Technical Bidding based on designs and requirements.
