• Erection, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Service and Maintenance of granulation units in coordination with the client.
• Solution provider for various process issues related to plant operation in the downstream facility of oil and gas companies.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting of various chemical production plants.
• Dealing with international clients and on-site experience in 9 countries.
• Flexible work schedule pertaining to customer requirements, satisfaction, and work culture.
• Material Inspection, Consumable Check, Electrode Storage (Size, Type, Condition), Welding Equipment.
• Inspection before welding: Check Edge/ Weld Preparation as per WPS, correct preheat applied.
• Inspection during welding: Process type, check welding parameters, maintain/check inter pass temperature.
• Inspection after welding: Visual check, NDT requirements. PWHT (If any), identify repairs from an assessment.
• Inspection for Repair Welding: Monitor excavation & removal defects; ensure repair.
• Witness for Welder & Welding Operator qualification test.
• Perform and monitor WQT. Identify Welder ID.
• Witness Mechanical testing (Guided Bend, Macro etch, Fillet Fracture, Nick Break).
• Witness of NDT (MT, PT, RT, and UT) processes.
• Monitor RT film interpreting the result.
