Application Description:
Business Objective: The project is about providing ratings to Organizations with Departments like Corporate, Financial Institutions and Insurance etc.
RPM Previe-
Standard and Poor’s a world leader in credit ratings process. For which the company has ratings management system. It has structured finance and corporate governance securities systems developed using Pega BPM, in which it has Presentation of Rating Process Management (RPM).
Project Role: Team Member with the following responsibilities:
Understanding and analysing the business requirements of the project through communicating with internal teams.
Worked with multiple teams to gather information to understand the Change Requests.
Developed training and instructional documents and provided Knowledge transfer for different hierarchical level of engineers.
Responsible for writing test cases and scenarios.
Responsible for resolving Change Requests in a defined timeline.
Worked with multiple teams to ensure the Change Requests are resolved in timely manner.
Communicated solutions with subject-matter experts for unresolved issues.
Prepared knowledge transfer plans and schedules.
Also stretched for the production testing, if the need be, on client request and updated the team, client on the status categorizing the defects.
Understood the technical designs as well as the specifications.
Communicated ideas in a simple and clear fashion and positively motivate others.
Developed strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
Acted as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.
During the testing, ensured that the tested data has been recorded into the database appropriately by running SQL queries in oracle 10g database.
Generating the report using QC and validate the report in order to identify the defects which are in fixed, open and review status.
