Responsible for planning and delivering lessons according to each student’s learning ability, using simple instructions, visual aids, activity-based learning, and one-to-one support to improve academic, social, communication, and daily living skills.
Responsibilities:
Teach and support students with intellectual disabilities and special educational needs.
Prepare simple and adaptive lesson plans according to students’ individual learning levels.
Use visual aids, activity-based learning, and practical examples to improve understanding.
Support students in developing communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills.
Manage classroom behavior with patience, positive reinforcement, and structured routines.
Assist students during classroom tasks, group activities, and daily school routines.
Observe students’ progress and help identify their strengths, needs, and improvement areas.
Work with teachers, therapists, and parents to support students’ overall development.
Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment for children with special needs.
Promote confidence, independence, discipline, and participation among students

Working part-time at Help 4 Special Therapy Center, supporting children with autism, ADHD, speech delays, learning difficulties, and behavioral challenges. Assisting in therapy-based activities, one-to-one support, communication development, social skills, behavior management, and basic academic learning. Skilled in using visual aids, positive reinforcement, activity-based learning, and inclusive support strategies to help children build confidence and independence.
