• Deliver first-level support for recruitment platforms
including Workday, Paradox, HireEZ, and
CodeSignal, resolving user queries related to job
requisitions, interview scheduling, offers, and
onboarding processes.
• Manage support tickets efficiently by utilizing
established job aids, workflows, and the sandbox
environment, ensuring timely resolution in line with
defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Liaise with internal integrations teams or external
vendors to escalate and resolve complex
technical issues where necessary.
• Analyze and report recurring issues to promote

• Background Investigation - Initiate invites from
the Sterling Portal & provide support in
completion of checks whilst maintaining a
centralized process of Global Re-screening
• Liaise with process stakeholders & act as a point
of contact to obtain collaborative results
• Escalation Management- create escalation
matrix for seamless end to end process
• Perform re-hire eligibility checks for Prior State
Street employees
• Gain an understanding of process flows, risk and
downstream impacts
• Respond to global Tier 3 tickets as well as general
employee inquiries, addressing employee
relations issues and scheduling meetings for all TA
related activity, escalating to in-country resource
where applicable, track and monitor SLAs
(Service Level Agreements)

provide additional guidance to Global Human
Resource Service Center where applicable
