• To Build project schedule and resource allocation, get them approved (baseline).
• To Maintain project schedule and cost status/forecasts/risk throughout project and provide forecasted schedule and Cost to Complete (CTC) to project team.
• To utilize tools such as Primavera(P6), Tableau, Unifier, Time Control, Imagine, Schedule dashboard.
• To attend project and management review meetings and present required data in a transparent way

• Prepared the baseline schedule showing the project milestones and detailed activities under concerned WBS by studying the contract and scope of works.
• Loaded the cost and resources for all the activities as per the productivity norms of the company.
• Co-ordinated with the technical and executive managers for discrepancies if any.
• Measured project performance against the approved primary baseline in Primavera (P6)
• Published monthly progress reports, generated S-Curves, compared baseline curves & progress curves. Used Earned value Management (EVM) method to track cost and time overrun.
• Performed time impact analysis (TIA), window analysis and prepared recovery plan by using schedule compression techniques.
Involved in Project Planning and also Billing of Railway construction project, which were composite in nature involving the civil works (Bridges, Buildings etc.), permanent way works, overhead equipment works and the signaling and transmission works.
• Identify the project deliverables, milestones, staffing requirements.
• Prepare the initial baseline according to the scope of works and specifications of the project in MS Project and aallotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
• Develop Lookaheads, Manpower Deployment Schedule and Histograms, Equipment Deployment Schedule.
• Review project status reports modify schedules & plans as required and keep the Project Manager apprised of the progress on a regular basis and Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly/ reports to client/consultant.
• Identify and rectify the cause of delayed activities. Anticipate and resolve any problems, scheduling conflicts.
• Assess the sub-contractor bills in line with the actual work performed at the site. Forward the same to the accounts department for final clearance and Generate client invoice based on the site work completion, once approved from the consultant and then submit to client.
