Responsible for Developing and maintaining HR databases and records, ensuring data accuracy
and privacy standards were met.
Oversee all administrative tasks in the office acquiring & maintaining office furnishing,
equipment, and supplies, and providing administrative support for the maintenance of the
telephone, communication, and computing system.

• Assisted in the revision of the project log frame matrix, particularly in the areas of performance indicators and their measurement; also assisted in the development and finalization of the project Work Plan.
• Collaboration with partners, reviewed their existing approaches and management information systems.
• Strategic planning and performance measurement, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management, and developing M&E and performance monitoring plans.
