Planning, Design, Vendor Co-ordination, Implementation, Post Implementation support & Escalations
•Assisting the business development team for project bidding with technological competencies & solution designing for IPT/UC projects of Cisco and Avaya. Managing the technical aspects throughout the project lifecycle
•Requirements gathering & feasibility/scope definition for RFP’s received from Business Development team
•Interacting with clients globally from various countries like Europe, US, UK for understanding their business requirement and presenting a business case/solution to BU head/Practice head for IPT/UC projects

•Project involves Level 1, 2 & 3 Support for Clients infrastructure globally
•Support includes Avaya IP Office, Avaya MES, SM, CM, AES, CMS, MM, Witness Contact Store, TeamView Unified operator and Integrated Management
•Co-ordination with client for planning up-gradation/migration of end of support applications
•Value add-on for projects in terms of implementing new applications & features
•Ensuring Closure of trouble ticket in defined SLA and root cause analysis for frequent incidents/problem
