Detailed Planning, scheduling and Resource management of the Project.
Detailed study of drawing, distribution of work and execution.
Monitoring the daily productivity and quality of work based upon the work progress.
Preparing bar bending schedules, Method Statements, risk assessment plan and other documentation required to complete the work. Including inspection request, Material submittals and caring out inspections at the site.
Co-ordination with all other relevant staff members, Client’s, Consultants and Subcontractors for the timely completion of the work.
Sub-Contractor Quotation approval, issuing work order and Invoices primary approval.
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to the consultant.
Assisting the Quantity Surveyor for preparing BOQ by providing the required details.
Ensuring the Health, Safety of all workers and P.P.E as required by the company.
