o Individually handled the entire liaisoning work for Blasting Permissions and licenses required under Mines Act.
o Planned and scheduled the entire quarrying, crushing and washing operation in such a way that there would be minimum loss of time.
o Cost optimisation using scheduling techniques.
o Worked under a Senior Manager, looked after complete planning and management of Man, Material, Machine and Money in an Iron Ore Mine.
o Acted as a Mines Manager and completing all the formalities as per DGMS and IBM
o Taken care of filing of all the returns along with MIS.
o Planning and scheduling.
o Taken care of Modification of mining plans using Auto CAD to achieve maximum output.
o Acted as Shift Incharge to supervise the mining activities during the shift, which included drilling, blast design, scheduling of equipment and short term planning for achieving shiftwise production targets in captive Limestone Mines.
o Handled Blasting Operations individually and maintained all records and filed all required returns as per DGMS as well as PESO.
o Handled MIS and SAP PP Module \[End user\] for maintaining records.
o Used Quarry Master Mine Planning Software for planning, scheduling and quality control.
o Handled blasting operations and raised the productivity and reduced the cost by introducing various blasting technologies in a captive Limestone Mine.
o Handled MIS and developed various calculators and simulators for maintaining and reporting shiftwise, blastwise, machinarywise data without any error.
o Integrated data from all departments and formed and innovative way to display the same in graphical form for analysis by top management.
o Suggested and implemented the cost saving techniques by making changes in screening system in crusher, hole to hole delay in blasting, chemical blast in sensitive areas and turbo charging system in HEMEs.
o Had responsibilities of carrying out blasting operation at various Iron Ore Mines in Goa.
o Handled the blast design and parameters setting responsibilities.
o Designed the drilling patterns and marking the same for next blast.
o Carried out the blasting material to various mines safely and conducting the charging and blasting operations at various mines as per requirements.
