Currently working in PCC (Petrochemical Conversion Company) Jubail, KSA as Coordinator (maintenance) from Sept.2012
PCC is owned by Chevron Phillips and SIIG.
Principal Accountabilities
➢ Coordinating the plant/Utility maintenance and Project work.
➢ Ensuring complete maintenance services (preventive, breakdown and predictive) for the capital equipment, undertaking enhancements to reduce downtime and incidence of repetitive parts failure.
➢ Supervising the contract workers, maintaining discipline and ensuring their positive contribution
➢ Part of P & E (Projects and Execution) Team, accountable for executing work as per requirement of company.
➢ Making PM plans for equipment maintenance, LOTO procedures for individual equipments,
➢ Implementing Lean-Kaizen process related to Maintenance, production and EHS.
➢ Key member of Global Star Program (H & S system)
Environment, Health & Safety
➢ Ensuring adherence to Safety, Environment and Health standards in all functional areas.
➢ Conducting job safety analysis for ensuring safe and accident free operations and achieved Zero defects from EHS & Legal point of view.
➢ Incident/Accident process reporting, and helping in complete investigation and documentation.
➢ Implementation of work permit systems,
➢ Member of LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), Job Safety Analysis, High Risk Operation (HRO)
➢ Preparing Standard Operating Procedure.
Significant Achievements
➢ Received three management awards for excellent work.
➢ Team member of LEAN-longs & fines project. Whose key responsibility is implementing steps and methods to reduce COT.
➢ Team member of LEAN- process stop reduction team whose key responsibility is implementing steps and methods to reduce process stops.
Major Projects
➢ Errection and commissioning of new line ZSK 40 line with 250 kg/hr granulation capacity.
➢ Carried out end to end project execution of RO-DM plant, Nitrogen plant, Co2 plant installation
➢ Implementation of PSM related projects like rupture disc provision in DCS system, sensor provision in Heaf ducting etc.
➢ Carried out the Installation of Atlas copco make screw compressor.
