Installation and Commissioning of Avaya IP Office.Trouble Shooting and Maintenance of BCM and IP Office.
Develop and execute test plans for the POS application software releases. Work with the development team to rectify issues identified during the testing phase.Installation of POS application at Customer sites. Assist with the training of staff at customer sites.
Worked on the Three phase to three phase 2DG panel, Multiphase Dual DG panel, DB panel, Eltech and GTel panel projects.
Performed panel testing, installation and commissioning for the 62.5 kva project. Rectified the frequent problem of SVR fail and DG communication error in the sites.
Presented a paper on “LOCATION IDENTIFICATION FOR MOBILE DEVICES USING RFID” at national level conference conducted at Viswajyothi College of Engineering and Technology, Kerala.
