▪ Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, clearance
documents, logistics and sales.
▪ Provide support to purchasing, Cargo and Finance Departments.
▪ Follow up with the Suppliers for the Company Orders and track the shipments with the Airfreight
Forwarders.
▪ Assist the senior management in the official correspondence with other companies.
▪ Coordinate with all Suppliers' Account managers for the orders and its best RFQ.
▪ Open new accounts with Airfreight Forwarders to get best provided shipping quotes.
▪ Communicate with the clients regarding the consumption rate of the items.
▪ Expedite orders delivery to the clients, analyze and compare Shipping companies ' quotes with each
other's.
▪ Prepare daily and weekly reports to the Managing Director.
