• Arrange and supervise the effective distribution of marketing materials
• Organize customer engagement forums on topical issues.
• Ensure prompt attention to clients requests and maintain professional relations with all customers.
• Review loan requests, collate and review all relevant supporting documents and prepare facility approval
memos
• Monitor the SME portfolio repayment schedule and ensure reminder emails are sent at least one week before
the repayment date.
• Ensure all security instruments are received from customers and deposited with Customer Service or Legal as
may be applicable.
• On a weekly basis, request for cheques to be logged and follow up on repayments, to ensure payments are
remitted as at when due.
• Ensure prompt attention to clients requests and maintain a professional relationship with all customers.
• Ensure customer files and databases are updated with all relevant correspondence
