 Experience in Preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment for Oil & Gas Projects
 Well versed with ISO 14001(EMS), OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001(QMS) systems procedures & Implementation concepts.
 Experience in water / waste water treatment techniques and management of water resources.
 Project Program Planning reviewing and Appraisal

Responsible for the
Implementation of Kuwait Oil Company HSE Management system Policy and procedures throughout the scope of the Project.
Periodical Inspection of All Heavy Equipment and Tools.
Site Verification Visits of Oil & Gas Production Facilities.
Advising Management on the requirements to meet the HSE Criterion.
Toxic and Flammable Gas Monitoring in the Hazardous Areas.

 Controlling the provision of a safe and hygienic work environment for all company and contractor’s personnel in the assigned plant area as per the DuPont Safety Strategy.
 Participates in the development of safety procedures and safety training programmes, and in safety audits.
 Leading the team in fulfilling Occupational Safety Compliance in all Hazardous Chemical Processing Areas.
 Maintaining Fire Pump Houses in proper condition to encounter emergency situations.
 Preparing Standard Operating Procedures for all Hazardous activities carried out.
 Conducting Safety Induction Programs for all New Employees
 Conducting safety Audits especially in Solvent Distillation Areas.
 Ensuring work place safety and health of employees in each and every activity of production
 Following Permit to Work system for all kinds of hazardous activities being taken.
 Issuing of Hot Work Permit and Hazardous work permits in critical Areas after assessing the Risk involved in the Work Zone.
 Cross Functional Team Member for conducting Process Hazard Analysis for Implementing Management of Changes in Distillation & Extraction Process
 Conducting SOA (Safety Observation and Audits) in Shop floors to eliminate Work Place Hazard and improving the Work Environment more Safe.
 Performing JCC s (Job Cycle Check) for evaluating Actual Work with Standard Operating Procedures.
 Active participation in the implementation of OHSAS-18001:2007 program.
 Assists in the Investigation of Incidents and environmental pollution, and participates in the control of clean-up operations.
 Prepares reports together with Corrective & Preventive Actions and participates in the preparation and implementation of action plans to deal with such incidents.

To Monitor Production Process invovling the manufacturing of Speciality Chemicals through Autoclaves (High Pressure Hydrogenators) and Vacuum Distillation Units.
