Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire. Host and participate in job fairs.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Candidate screening, advertising- create and publish job ads in various portals, social media advertisements and assessing, interviewing on call or in person.
Preparing reports to support the Group Human Resource Manager
Background verification
Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
Giving training to the Team Members and monitoring Jr.Recruiters & Recruitment Coordinators
Effective Recruitment and Selection strategy
Preparing work appraisals based on the employee’s direct manager recommendation in order to prepare their benefits like bonuses and allowances to recommend to the Group Human Resources Manager.
