• Responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly activities required to keep a client system running at peak performance.
• Perform a variety of tasks, in addition to following all process and procedures, escalating issues, and creating / updating

• Support Mobile devices Management (MDM ) from CITRIX.

• Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP, Routing, Antivirus, Firewalls etc.
• Strong knowledge in Outlook, Windows troubleshooting, ITIL Process, BMC Remedy (Incident Management tool), IP Phone, Active directory.
• Providing End user support for Local Users.
