Currently I am working as Sr construction Manager at WTC Residential tower Project in Abu dhabi and have following key responsibilities.

-Coordination with Main contractor’s MEP Coordinator and Civil Team regarding all aspects of MEP work at site. Main initiator for giving MEP Clearance to Main contractor.
-Implementation of approved program of works and updating schedules with planning engineers.
-Attending senior level Project Review meetings on behalf of the company with Client, Consultants and Main contractor.
-Responsible for all aspects of MEP deliverables and coordination with MEP construction team, architects, structural team, and package managers on day to day basis.
-Reviewing manpower usage and resolving the major site construction issues and troubleshooting.
-Responsible to report the Management for weekly and monthly project status, as well as look ahead status.
-Technical support to other departments including Projects, Estimation and Accounts.
-Resource Calculations, Deployment, Negotiation and finalization of various MEP subcontractors
-Mockup installations and approvals of MEP installations with proper sequencing and dependency on other trades.
-Follow up of the Project Executes, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Closeout
-Overseeing the actual progress of construction

For 7 years, worked at Voltas Head office in Mumbai and provided backup support to the Project teams for the Design, Engineering, Tendering and Estimation, Recruitment, Procurement, Inspection, Export Packing, and shipment of various items including major equipments for our various overseas projects at UAE, Bahrain, USSR, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Afghanistan

Responsible for the selection, design, erection, testing and commissioning of various HVAC and Refrigeration compressors / Plants- ranging from 5 TR to 300 TR for the complete Mumbai and Gujarat region.

Responsible for the servicing and maintenance of all types of Air and Gas compressors in the Maharashtra region.

Had extensive training in all the departments of the Factory and subsequently I was allotted Maintenance Dept and was responsible for the smooth running of all the Air and gas compressors, m/c tools, production and compressor assembly lines, DG Sets and HVAC equipment inside the factory.
