● Manpower selection for direct and indirect categories i.e. unskilled level to engineer level for various department including construction, Q.C., Materials & Stores
● Planning for construction and manpower deployment and equipment mobilization
● Formal and informal Communication with client and Sr.management for progress as well as progress hurdles.
● Identify and monitor scope of work at site, prepare estimations for additional jobs, monthly cash flow statement, progress invoice and claims against for extra works.
● Implementation of company policies regarding safety and quality.
● Responsible for all areas, i.e construction, quality, safety, stores and administration. ( Implementation of policies and approved method statement )
● Convey the facts of project to client as well as own management.
● Develop the team spirit & respect toward job among all employees and to put efforts to change their attitude for their overall development including behavior & skills. (Team building and their skill development plans) Total Manpower : 22 Staff, 210 workers
● Project closer, demobilization of resources and final settlement, and project report with lessons learned, constraint point, financial stauts of project & other statistic, illustrated project memories.

Even though it is best of total experience, I humbly would like to say that total performance on this project was culmination of experience gained in UB Engg, Kharafi Nationa and Deutsche Babcock Al jaber. In these three organization I got chance to develop my self as a Site manager.
