I have had the opportunity to align the Marketing function during the stage of the merger which has been an intensive and thorough experience. My role here encompasses implementation of the Global Marketing strategy, structures and processes as well as developing EMEA level Marketing projects that have contributed to dormakabas vision.
At my time with VeriPark, I strengthened its’ brand and positioning to solidify current market leadership while also accelerating long-term growth. I had also organized various trade and consumer related events such as exhibitions, roadshows and round tables. I also established content marketing practice to build brand affinity and better address customer pain points where I was given the chance to streamline all activities to enable direct and indirect sales channels.
This role allowed me to concurrently develop my customer facing skills and technical skills. I was involved in market research, lead generation and development of directed marketing campaigns for our customers, but also involved in concept and proposal building and in testing of technological advancement amongst different Mobility Solutions.
In order to expand the business reach, I initiated Business Analytics through Market research and Lead generation and also assisted in hiring resources for our numerous projects. As an executive, I was also in charge of Billing and Invoicing matters for the company and monitoring sufficient KPI Reporting.
