• Managing the network of 70 computers including Cat5/6 cabling and new wireless system for the hotel's HSIA project.
• Handling all hardware, software & operating system related issues in desktop, laptop, printer, server, KOT printers & peripherals.
• Resolving internet related guest issues.
• Handling network devices likes switches, infrasys terminals etc.
• Checking issues related to Onity key maker system.
• Oversee and implement all hardware and software troubleshooting for the unit.
• Coordinate with the vendors to learn more on technology advancements.
• Provide training and support to operational associates when necessary to keep operations running smoothly.

• Regulating the Normal and Database Backups through Tape Drives.
• Proper reporting to the higher IT officials within the property as well as to the employer.
• Managing and maintaining the internet firewall.
• Maintaining & managing CCTV network of the hotel.
