Working within the Business Development and Marketing Team, I manage the corporate and service line marketing and communications programme across the region and support business development activity in UAE, Oman, Bahrain, KSA and Egypt.
My role is diversified across a variety of aspects including strategy creation, budgeting, corporate branding, campaign planning, execution and optimisation, digital (performance) marketing, social media advertising, project launches, third party partnership management and business pitch development.
I look after the marketing and communications programme across residential agency, commercial agency, property management services, research and the UK property division, including the management of bids and development of pitch documents and corporate collateral.
Additionally, I provide strategic advice and support with brand and developer marketing activities.
I looked after marketing requests from all residential agency branches in the UAE: 200+ consultants across 12 offices. I implemented multiple tactical marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, traditional, digital and direct marketing. I was responsible for the development of regular publications and also supported other service line marketing mainly property management and holiday home rentals.
I was responsible for the rebrand of the hotel in Sharjah and looked after the entire marketing aspect of the transition covering internal and external signage, outdoor directional signage, photography, digital marketing, PR, collaterals, social media, merchandise and in-room communications.
I also handled both corporate and day-to-day marketing. Key areas of management included e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, events, copywriting, PR, promotional campaigns (Hotel generic, Conference & Events and Food & Beverage specific), community activities and internal communications.
I worked as an intern supporting the General Motors client servicing team across digital marketing.
I worked as an intern in the Corporate Marketing Team and assisted in copywriting, PR and internal communications.
