Creation of rounds and defining shifts for the drivers/fleet.
• Planning of scheduled services on routes efficiently whilst meeting the minimum load conditions and achieving operational KPI’s.
• Update scheduled rounds in close coordination with feedback from dispatcher.
• Responsible for meeting the planning response time set KPI.
• Analyzing trends coming in from round management reports and tracking systems.
• Planning all ADHOC orders.
• Resource scheduling and setting up the operations master plan.
• Plan, organize and follow up on required purchases and equipment for operations teams and sites.
• Act as the single point of contact for all operation controllers working for special projects and industry specific clients.
• Reduce operational cost by optimizing assignments and re-routing existing routes.
• Contact Customer Service regarding the daily routes.
• Coordinate daily with dispatchers regarding the status of scheduled routes and reroute customers as needed so we can achieve operational KPI’s.

•Coordinate shipments with carriers. Arrange equipment, loading/unloading scheduling and requirements.
•Receive orders via phone, e-mail and enter orders into the system
•Answer calls and respond to emails for VIP clients for ENBD & ADCB.
•Plan, organize and follow up on required purchases and equipment for operations teams and Sites
•Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
•Communicate with customer on shipping schedule, pricing, product availability, product/shipping Documentation, sample request and loading requirements, and order confirmation

•Selling the company service and products.
•Responsible of all Insurance plans in the company for life & non-life.
•Responsible of all Insurance plans life for groups or Individual like also making motor act policy's for the members of Sporting club.
•Analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes, or to change beneficiaries.
•Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy.
•Explain necessary bookkeeping requirements for customer to implement and provide.
