Where managing the responsibilities of the projects and contract management in order to meet or exceed corporate
objectives. Projects include the mobile core, fixed switching, NGN core, NMS, Transport (Data & Transmission),
and Civil & Electro-mechanics in a multi-vendor environment. Projects cover 2G, 3G and 4G technologies in addition
to upgrades, optimization and modernization.
This position’s responsibility starts from the initiation phase and carries on till the projects closeout and covers the
following tasks:-
• Managing the project initiation.
• Managing BUDGET acquiring, allocation and financial closeout.
• Managing cost control
• Managing contracting activities.
• Managing the execution of the projects including the W.O. issuance, MoP approval process, MVI if required,
implementation and acceptance.
• Managing the closeout of the projects including the OCC clearance, final acceptance…etc.
• Managing progress reports and KPIs.
• Manage and support internal organizations to meet their plans and targets.
• Managing admin affairs for the members of the consultancy team.
• Planned, executed and closed the STC USF3 & 3G6 project of 237 swap indoor and outdoor sites, 8 repeaters, 5 BSCs, 3 RNCs.
• Planned, executed and closed the project of 245 New greenfield sites from civil RFI to customer acceptance
• Managed more than 10 sub cons selection, evaluation and follow up for work progress
• Prepared and approved the responsibility matrix.
• Coordinated with NOC/OSS, Back office, integration teams, front office and managed service team till the sites were on air and accepted by client.
• Conduct the cost analyses and resources planning for the project based on the execution plan.
• Prepare PIP and ensure to achieve project cost, timelines and milestones
• Preparing and reviewing telecom implementation tracker on daily basis and sharing progress reports with higher management and client
• Monitor and minimize the project variations or gaps that can affect the project baselines
• Define reporting and communication channels in the project.
• Ensure the quality of installation & consumption of materials which is claim by vendors through randomly audit.
• Ensure all potential problem situations are properly analysed prior to actual swap, and that roll-back plans are established and known in detail by all involved parties before physical swap activities start at site.
• Handling Overall Technical responsibility of Implementation of services as per the BTS, BSS, Transmission scope & Final Acceptance completion from the Customer (STC)
• Ensure that project progress results are compiled, documented and forwarded to client in required format, quantity and quality, and according to agreed time schedules.
Responsible & working as ISP Design & PAT Coordinator for the Implementation & Acceptance of STC NEMO Project for
MOI Saudi Arabia, for modernizing the existing conventional transmission built up replacing with latest CISCO based IP based
MPLS network connectivity using CISCO 7606 PE-Aggregators, CE ASR-1006 based SHQ sites / post sites with STC existing
IP-MPLS setup throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
It mainly involves implementation & supervision of complete site readiness with respect to OSP and ISP built up for dual
Homing’s.
Conducting PAT for ALU & Huawei based SDH transmission and CISCO based IP-MPLS equipment includes C-7606
Aggregators, ASR 1006 CE, ASA 5580 Firewall, IPS-4270, SW-2790 infrastructure switches, WS-3750 user switches and OBM
routers 1841.
Verification of Design / configurations of software IOS, VPN v4 /IPV4, BGP and High availability task under each PAT
Scheduled .
Worked as Director Development South Karachi, responsible for Huawei / ZTE /Siemens type PSTN digital exchanges works implementation in south province sindh - Pakistan includes :-
• Responsible for proper installation testing, commissioning & integration of Huawei /ZTE/ Alcatel type
new NGN switches in Karachi.
• Responsible for setting up and monitoring Data LAN/WAN setup, PABX, CCTV, Fire Alarms & Security System arrangements in the region..
• Responsible for all type of Outside plant (Copper & Optical fibre ) network laying in entire south region involves :-
1. Survey & Preparation of PC-1 proposals
2. Preparation of Tender documentation and tendering covering all PPRA rules &Regulations.
3. Appraisal, Monitoring & Implementation of projects till completion of work.
4. Provisional Acceptance & Final Acceptance.

Worked as Project Manager Digital Development Karachi, responsible for Huawei /ZTE /ALCATEL type PSTN digital exchanges works implementation in south province sindh -Pakistan includes:-
• Responsible for supervising installation, testing and commissioning of ZTE (Teclic-USA) type STP/MNP
And IN (Huawei) projects in Karachi multi exchange area.
• Responsible for proper installation testing, commissioning & integration of Huawei /ZTE/ Alcatel type new PSTN lines exchanges in Karachi multi exchange area.
• Responsible for proper installation & integration of all newly installed Huawei /ZTE /ALCATEL of different
Vendors / V 5.2 Access Network / PRI exchanges in Karachi multi exchanges area.
• Responsible for proper installation & integration of all newly installed Huawei /Alcatel based Next Generation Network Exchange in Karachi multi exchange area.
• Deployment, Integration and coordination of BOT Project in the KTR Region.
Worked on NGN project in KTR Region Replacing TDMA, Siemens /Alcatel digital Exchanges on NGN.

Worked as a ISP Manager Jeddah ( West region) in Huawei Technologies - Saudi Arabia on TEP 450K, a project for STC (Saudi Telecom) in designing & implementation of Broad Band, Narrow Band, SDH 155/622 (STM1, STM-4), ADSL, DSL & PSTN Networks, the project eventually provide 110, 000 lines to STC all over Kingdom .
The equipment is know as HONET (F01A/FO2A & F01B/FO1D), the system runs with its own software that manage the network namely Access Network Management System.
My responsibilities include on site installation implementation and supervision. I am also responsible for the configuration and final commissioning of the equipment in the Western Region, . includes:-
• Connectivity & Loading Software for commissions in RANs (Remote Access network).
• Connectivity & Loading software in Hub for Transmission (Optical fibre Ring)
• Final Provisional Acceptance Testing
• O&M Technical support for phase for west and south region in JNOC.
• Currently finished installation, testing and commissioning of C&C08 PSTN switches in ARAMCO Project.
And also worked on new features of HUAWEI MSAN / D-SLAM & M800 CDMA MSC 610R002.
Worked as Network Integration Engineer for Re-Deployment/Growth project in south/west of Kingdom & Participated as team member for successful integration of one of the world largest projects by Lucent in KSA.
• 1-TEP-6 Project( Expansion of 1.5 M PSTN+1.0 M GSM lines) i:e mainly involved in the setup and integration of MSC’s .
• 2-Y2K Project (Replacement of 1M AXE lines by 5ESS, awarded Certificates on timely completion)
TEP-7/TEP-3 Projects( Deloading of approx. 400k lines)
• WTU 212 Project for rehoming / rehosting of RSM/RAIU/RISLU’s from SN’s to LE’s.
Responsibilities
• PATs of GSM switches including VLRs, HLRs & OMC.
• Integration of VLRs with the BSC’s by configuring C7/SS7 signalling links and defining Cell IDs in VLRs.
• Configuring VLRs/HLRs SCCP signalling links with SCCP gateways Nodes for international roaming and
also C7 links with adjacent VLRs /HLRs and MSCs.

• Responsible for testing and commissioning CWO& Trunks and C7 links establishment.
• Responsible for carrying out PAT and FAT for all newly installed PSTN local / Tandem Exchanges,
Transit / gateway exchanges.
• Supervised ISDN BRA (Basic Rate Access) & PRA (Primary Rate Access) project in Karachi-Pakistan
