Job Description
• Manage and coordinate sections related to supporting in meeting product targets.
• Ensure the achievement of staff work results by communicating expectations in work targets and including planning, monitoring and assessing work results.
• Ensure that development results can be applied in industrialization and meet work and safety standards.
• Carry out a system of coaching, counseling and enforcement of work rules and discipline.
• Analysis and budgeting in New Development according to new product needs.
• Ensure New Products comply with applicable regulations.
• Product research and product Innovation.
• Publics Survey, Analysis for both Indoor and Field Testers.
• Plan, implement and report all research and development activities
• Ensure that the quality & environmental management system
Beside that, since of 2006 till present I was mandated and was assigned to represent the company in a technical team at the Indonesian Tire Manufacturers Association (APBI). And as one of the standard compilers of SNI for tires with other APBI partners.
And together with (National and Multinational Company ) about the technical standard on scope the problem and progress together in domestic tire manufacturing.
