• Assist to plan, execute and supervise the maintenance performed by the infrastructure team.
• Assist in sourcing and reviewing contractors/quotations for necessary maintenance works.
• Building maintenance & housekeeping on the following works:
• Carry out daily inspection work.
• Monitor the contractor work performance.
• Arrange and supervise corrective maintenance works to building facilities.
• Plan on preventive maintenance works to be carried out by the term contractors.
• Supervising the term contractors to carry out the following works:
• Daily cleaning work
• Daily refuse removal work
• Daily custodial building maintenance work
• Periodic pest control
• Periodic sewer-line cleaning
• Compiling monthly inspection report & checklist/attendance/plant & equipment checklist, work report and etc
• Attending to feedback from staff, tenants and general public.
• Performing shift duty
