RESPONSIBILITYs: ● Review material submittal and its compliance statement before forwarding to
Consultant's approval.
● Review shop drawings before submission to consultant.
● Prepare PQP/ITP in coordination with Project Manager.
● Prepare Method Statement in co-ordination with Project Engineer
With the help of specification, drawing and contract documents.
● Checklist preparation.
● Daily Site inspections with consultants.
● MIR Site rising, maintaining log and visiting store with consultant for permanent
Material inspection.
● Co-ordination for internal quality audit and closing the NCR's in co-ordination with
Management Representative/Quality Manager.
● Co-ordinate with Project Manager in Quality related matter.
● Conduct internal Audit.
● Monitoring subcontractor's activities.
● Ensure all testing instruments are standardized, calibrated and maintaining the log.
● Follow up with the Consultants NCR, Deficiency Notices and to close it as soon as possible.
● Conduct the factory visit for testing of different equipment such as Air Side
Equipments (Chiller, FAHU, FCU and Pumps), Stand by Generator, UPS, LV Panels,
etc before Dispatching to site.
● Follow up with the consultant snags/client snags/internal snags with the site
Engineer and maintain the log.
● Prepare and follow up for the close out document
● Inducting employees/subcontractors on QMS.
● Liaising with third party quality inspection agencies as and when required.
● Maintaining all inspection records and other quality related records.
● Attending the weekly/Bi-weekly meetings at projects and address any issues
related to Quality with the project team.
● Additional works as directed by Project Manager / Head of Quality.
● Maintains personal expertise on all aspects of Health, Safety and Protection of the
Environment by continual leanings and study.
