In currency exchange my duty is to deal the foreign currency customers, western union customers, telegraphic transfer customers.
Taking all the data from customers like CNIC and other legal documents regarding to the currency transaction.
Distributing general information to all exchange personnel, ensuring that address lists are always up to date.
Complete all the data and maintain all records for external and internal audit.
Dealing with personnel matters for exchange officers: security clearance updates, updating job descriptions etc.
Receiving, holding, maintaining and dispatching personal documents.
ATP is a tourism company. My job designation as office assistant. My duties is to deal client, take to information from customer, compiles all information of participants.
Providing support for travelers, assisting with expenses.
Arranging the trip and perform the adventure activities like rafting, zip lining, water rippling etc.
Responsible for maintaining physical and virtual document filing systems.
Support the Travel Team to ensure that all travel arrangements, documents and document processes are compliant for the client and corporate.
